The weekend was pretty eventful, to say the least. We had my sister’s despedida earlier tonight. She works at Colgate-Palmolive and just got promoted to Account Manager. But then, she’s transferring to Davao. Her flight is next Monday morning. :(
Despite the fact that she’s going to visit once or twice a month, it’s still going to be different without her at home everyday. She, Ate Cat, Craig and I are really close. We can’t get enough of each other. It’s like I want to cry, but something’s preventing me to. I feel.. numb. Maybe it’ll be different when we drop her off at the airport.
At least she’ll be here for prom. :)
Anyway. I’m facing a few dilemmas.
1.) I have to tell my mom that I lost my other earring at the field trip last Friday. I placed both in my pouch, but to my surprise, I only found one. The guards and whatever maintenance people couldn’t find it in the bus, so I pretty much accepted the fact it’s long gone. I’m glad to know one earring isn’t that expensive; it’s still something I can kind of afford. I need to tell her AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TOMORROW. Goodbye, prom after-party. Unless she still has a heart and allows me to go to one, if ever. :D He’s picking me up and bringing me home anyway.
I feel naked without earrings, so I’m very much willing to pay for it, which is what’s going to happen anyway. It’s so draining, though. I’m trying to ignore the sinking feeling in my chest. I just hope my mom wouldn’t die of a heart attack when she hears the news. :|
2.) I shall talk to him about something tomorrow. I’ll talk to my girlfriends too.. My super duper close ones; we share the same underwear. Hah, I kid. But you get the point.
3.) Small skin problem I’d rather not talk about in detail.
So yeah. Not much. I just had to write/blog about it. I’m getting another notebook. Hoorah! Writing’s my outlet, as you can see. I have one notebook for my sonnets/poems/songs/essays, and this new one would be for my “journal” entries. I can’t find the perfect one yet. Imma scout at Fully Booked. They have the best ones.
Excited for TLE tomorrow. We’re actually making money! Ohyeahhh!
